West Ham United play their final game of the 2018-19 Premier League campaign against Watford at Vicarage Road on Sunday.
Both sides are in similar positions on the standings and will be playing for nothing but pride.
West Ham may just be more intent on winning. The Hornets may rest one or two key players as well as take it easy as they also have to worry about their FA Cup final clash against Manchester City next week.
If Watford win the game, they would do the double over West Ham after having defeated the Hammers 2-0 back in December.
West Ham are set to have Samir Nasri available, according to a report published by Sky Sports.
The former French international has not played since March 16 due to a calf problem.
It remains to be seen whether West Ham will renew his deal with his current one due to expire this summer.
Nasri has proven with his earlier displays that he can contribute something to the Hammers team with his experience but his injury issues will also be a cause for concern.
Meanwhile, Andy Carroll, Winston Reid and Andriy Yarmolenko are ruled out of the game. Carroll is due to leave the club this summer.
Key West Ham men Felipe Anderson and Declan Rice will be available for the game while Robert Snodgrass returns to action after serving out a one-match suspension.
Here’s hoping that West Ham can finish the season positively with a victory.
