West Ham United were beaten 2-1 by AFC Bournemouth at the London Stadium on Saturday and fans took to social media to slam one of their players at the final whistle.
Manuel Pellegrini would have been hoping for a reaction from his Hammers team following their 4-0 defeat to Liverpool last weekend and he would have been pleased with what he saw at points in the game.
West Ham took the lead through a Marko Arnautovic penalty, however, things turned south for the London Stadium outfit once the match restarted.
Callum Wilson netted the leveller on the hour mark before Steve Cook then helped the Cherries to take the lead just six minutes later.
Pellegrini’s West Ham side now sit rock bottom of the Premier League table following back-to-back defeats and will face Arsenal next weekend, making things that bit harder for his team to get off the mark.
Hammers fans have been disappointed with what they have seen from their team recently, although some have stated that things have not quite changed as they would have liked following the big summer spending.
However, one man that had received plenty of criticism on social media following West Ham’s defeat to the Cherries was Mark Noble, who was also slammed for his performance against Liverpool.
Hammers supporters have called for the midfielder to be dropped from the team as they feel he and Jack Wilshere can not work in the same system.
Others have felt that he is a continual problem for West Ham with a number of them calling for him to be replaced.
Here are some of their reactions:

I’d personally play Obiang & Sanchez holding with Wilshere in front next game, nothing at all against Noble he just isn’t a holding midfielder. #WestHam

Take Noble out and put in Obiang or Sanchez, wilshere was the only midfielder who was decent today

Noble and Wilshere as a two was never going to work. Need someone that’s going to sit deep if you want to play that formation. Again, we failed to get a quality CDM, which should’ve been our biggest priority.

There’s no time for sentiment in football if you want results. Noble needs to be dropped. Zabas legs are gone, Snoddy is slower than that horse I’ve just backed, Masa is a 5 a side player, Ogbonna not good enough. Surely Pellegrini can see that now. #WHUFC

No, Anderson put the ball through. Wilshere didn't dictate anything. As soon as Bournemouth decided to attack noble was found out. He can't even run and look up at the same time. Loads of alternatives to noble and he's a massive problem.
