I hate international breaks, but at least it is back to business as usual this weekend, with the lads on the road to visit the Canaries. I used to really hate Norwich, think a league cup two legger with Allen Mcknightmare in goal did it for me, did they beat us 3-0 at Upton Park? Have a vague recollection of it anyway, but I've mellowed with age and thought they did good in the Prem last season.
For us it's just a shame we won't be seeing more of the excellent Andy Carroll, who did so well on his debut against Fulham. However, it is a chance for Carlton Cole to compete for his place and make Andy earn his space back. It will be great to build on the performance against Fulham and come away with at least a point from this one.
Team wise, I understand Jarvis could be back for this one, and I'll definitely slot him back in, Cole will need some real good service to ensure he is not isolated. Taylor did well last time out but Jarvis has that bit more quality in the delivery we may need. My line up then….
