West Ham United fans will be relieved to hear that midfield duo Felipe Anderson and Jack Wilshere will not face a lengthy spell on the side lines.
Both players were substituted in the Hammers’ 5-0 defeat at the London Stadium on Saturday afternoon, amid fears of injuries.
Reliable West Ham source ’exWHUemployee’ has confirmed both Anderson and Wilshere will be fit for next weekend though, which is a massive boost to Manuel Pellegrini.
Wilshire and Anderson should be fine for next weekend. Wilshire was apparently taken off for tactical reasons and they wanted to manage him because of previous injuries. Anderson wanted to come back on. They will be checked out on Monday but should be ok for the weekend

Hammers midfielder Wilshere made way for Robert Snodgrass after 56 minutes, and given his record with injuries fans were worried it would lead to a lengthy lay-off.
It is believed that the change was tactical, however when Anderson made way for Javier Hernandez 10 minutes later it was due to injury.
The West Ham winger has commented on the situation though, and revealed that he wanted to continue before being substituted by Pellegrini.
“I picked up a small injury,” Anderson told the club’s official website.
“I tried to get back in, but I think it’s good that I didn’t because we’re just starting the season and I have all the rest of the season to play.”
West Ham are expected to have Wilshere and Anderson available for selection as they travel to Brighton in the second game of the Premier League season on Saturday.
It was a tough start to the campaign for the Hammers, who were brushed aside by the reigning Champions at the London Stadium as their fans donned their sports sunglasses in the crowd.
Despite the 5-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester City, West Ham have plenty of positives to take into this weekend’s fixture, and will be impressed with the performances of their new signings.
Brighton will have their tails up following a 3-0 victory over Watford, as the Hammers aim to respond on the road and get their season up and running at the second time of asking.
