West Ham players were preparing today for their visit to St Mary’s with some moves on the training ground. New boy Emmanuel Emenike was included and looks like a big lad ready to take on the Premier League. It’s a tough test for the lads tomorrow, after the rather surreal atmosphere of the game against Aston Villa. I’m not sure what happened there, it was almost as if we were expecting to turn up and trounce them and when we were not, no one quite knew what to do. Good to see Andy Carrol returning to training as well, for me he makes a huge difference when he is playing. Anyhow, enjoy some photos of the lads in training and good luck to the boys tomorrow!
