First half action from West Ham v Hull

A tricky and strange half, but we are leading 1-0.  We suffered the first blow with James Collins going off injured, throwing Roger Johnson into the mix, however the fortunes turned later in the half.  In an incident akin to the penalty at Chelsea v Arsenal at the weekend, Diame was brought down by the keeper at close quarters but it seemed to go unpunished.  With both players down, Mike Dean then blew his whistle and pointed to the spot, seeming on the advice of his assistant.  Not only that but Hull CIty’s keeper Macgregor was also sent off.  Mark Noble despatched the penalty with ease and we lead 1-0 but certainly feel we need a second to secure it.
